    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the trial phase and how much does it cost?

The trial phase is our way of demonstrating our commitment to your project. During this period, you have the opportunity to test our solution at your facilities with your materials for 2 months. If, for any reason, our solution does not meet your needs, you can return the equipment for a full refund.

The cost of the trial starts at 2,500€ and will vary depending on the equipment combination you select.

Is a trial phase available when both renting and buying the equipment?

Absolutely! The trial phase is automatically included when you choose to either buy or rent our equipment.

We believe in setting you up with the best chance of success from the very beginning, so our trial phase includes a (mandatory) professional onboarding. You'll be connected with a dedicated Materials Specialist who will guide you through the machine set-up and get you started on your project journey.

How can I buy or rent the equipment after the trial phase?

So your trial phase is over and you want to keep the equipment to continue innovating with it.

Then you still have 2 options:

    1) Buy the equipment - In that case the cost that you paid for the equipment during the trial phase will be deducted from the total price of the machine. You can explore our buying options pricing here.

    2) Rent the equipment - Keep the equipment under the project partnership subscription for a monthly fee. You can explore our subscription pricing here.

    What's the catch?

No catch! As long as you are using our equipment for its intended use (filament extrusion), and not to brew your morning coffee, you will be entitled to a full refund if you wish to return the machines before the end of the trial phase (2 months). No questions asked - as simple as that.

How and when can I start with the trial?

Simply schedule an appointment with our materials experts to assess the viability of your project and kickstart the process immediately.

What if the machine breaks during the trial period?

Our machines are built to last, thanks to their industrial-grade quality. In the rare event that something goes wrong, every machine comes with a 1-year warranty. Rest assured, if your machine breaks under the terms and conditions of the warranty, you're fully covered.
