We accept Filament Maker ONE machines that are in working condition with minimal damage for the full offer. If your machine is non-working or has significant damage, the discount may be reduced. Please fill out the form, and our team will assess the machine once the machine has arrived to our HQ, to confirm its qualification.

Once you get in contact with us, we will determine your machine’s serial number by checking it against our system. If you already know your serial number, feel free to attach it by sending us a follow-up email after completing the form.

For the loyalty program, as soon as we verify that you have a Filament Maker ONE, we’ll send you a quote, simple as that. Keep in mind that delivery of the Filament Maker TWO may take some time depending on your location or because it’s a newly launched product. All details will be verified and explained by our team.

For the exchange program, we need to receive your Filament Maker ONE as soon as possible. After we’ve inspected your machine, we’ll confirm your offer and follow the same process from there to deliver your new Filament Maker TWO.

The team member assisting you will provide all the necessary guidelines for securely packaging and shipping your Filament Maker ONE. They’ll ensure you have everything you need to make the process smooth and straightforward.
