Louis Rinaldo

I met 3devo during my Masters at ESA. We discussed my vision of customer success, I was hired, and happily never left. I have been in contact with users for 6 years now. My passion for teaching pushed me to experiment in the lab, give workshops, handle hundreds of support tickets, wrote countless articles, and even help shape our new business model around innovation. I am now constantly in touch with innovators, new and experienced, to help them overcome all kinds of challenges - mainly technical but not only. My personal goal is the same as 3devo's, and the same as our partners': 3D printing innovation. Special note: I had great fun recording educational videos on the 3devo youtube channel.
